Cancellation Policy

• Please give at least 24 hour notice for a cancellation.

• After the first late notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $30 dollars for a 15 minute appointment and $60 dollars for a 30 minute appointment.

• We understand things happen and there are emergencies, please call/text and inform us or leave a voicemail.

Late policy

• We run a tight on time schedule at Release & Restore.

• If you are late, you will only get the remainder of your treatment time.

• If you are more than 5 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment for another available time.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will call you and charge for a no show after the first miss.

• Sometimes it is possible to move it to another available time that day, but that is a case by case situation.
